Participants will examine the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project governance, change management, testing, implementation controls, and post-implementation reviews.
This module addresses the processes and controls required to ensure reliable and effective IT operations. Topics include IT service management, infrastructure management, system availability, incident and problem management, change management, data management, backup and recovery, and business continuity.
This module focuses on protecting organizational information and technology resources. Participants will examine information security governance, logical and physical access controls, network security, data protection, cybersecurity threats, incident response, privacy, and physical and environmental security.
